Linda Zelnik is a leadership coach, coach educator, and author of Burnout to Boom!, an action guide for more energy and less stress starting TODAY. Named one of Nashville’s Top 15 Coaches, she’s on a mission to cultivate effective and compassionate leadership. Linda specializes in leadership development to help high-achieving, purpose-driven leaders, entrepreneurs, and coaches gain more focus, energy and freedom to ignite their goals and thrive personally and professionally.

Zelnik’s coaching framework is designed to help you close the gap between where you are and where you want to be. As a Coach, Linda sees herself as your thinking partner so that you can lead from your strengths and values and set your team up for success.

In addition to her work as a leadership coach, Linda is a coach’s coach. As a coach educator, she partners with coaches in developing the skills and mindset to help their clients succeed based on ICF’s core coaching competencies and Code of Ethics.

Linda has over 20 years of experience in cross-cultural business, nonprofit organizations and higher education. She's taught and trained on five continents and launched programs across a variety of industries. Linda speaks Mandarin and Spanish and enjoys exploring culture’s role in her client’s relationships, organizations, and leadership styles.

Zelnik lives in Nashville, TN with her husband and their two children. She is a foodie and outdoor enthusiast and enjoys hiking and gardening with her family. Linda is an avid supporter of The Living Water Project, an organization that raises funds for clean water projects in developing nations.
